The kernel version of the uClinux-dist-20070130 is 2.6.19-uc1.
And the latest kernel version patch is 2.6.24-uc0-big.patch.
What is the relationship between the kernel patch and uClinux-dist patch?
Does the uClinux-dist-20070130-20080305.patch bring the kernel from 2.6.19-uc1 
to 2.6.24-uc0?
Or just added additional ARM non-mmu supportting on the original 2.6.19-uc1 
kernel?

In other word, for kernel only, 
apply the 2.6.24-uc0-big.patch is equal to apply 
uClinux-dist-20070130-20080305.patch?

If you are using uClinux-dist-20070130 the also get the latest
dist patch,

http://www.uclinux.org/pub/uClinux/dist/patches/uClinux-dist-20070130-20080305.patch.gz

and apply that. That has additional ARM non-mmu support.
