塔奴丹酒庄是澳洲葡萄酒工业最早期的开拓者之一，而它和它的巴罗莎葡萄园也都受到了非常大的关注和尊敬。葡萄园中有三块土地已经有100多年的历史了，而塔奴丹酒庄是在1888年建造而成的，在当时它是南澳最大的建筑（甚至比当时的议会大楼还大），同时也是南半球最大的酿酒厂。这个葡萄园是巴罗莎地区独一无二的真正的文化遗产，而它们的葡萄酒也因其高贵的品质而成为巴罗莎身份的象征。

 Chateau Tanunda is one of the earliest pioneers of the Australian wine industry and their Barossa vineyards are well respected and renowned.? Three parcels of their grape growing land are over 100 years old, and the Chateau itself was built in 1888. It was, at the time of construction, the largest building in South Australia (larger even than the Parliament building) and also the largest winery in the Southern Hemisphere. ?The vineyards are a truly unique part of the Barossa’s cultural heritage and the wines are always valued for their high quality and true Barossa identity.
