Hey guys,

     Wake up, the training of SCDA is coming! 

     Since few members still haven't register the working e-mail in YAHOO, I put the recruitment information of training organizing commitee in XIAONEI.

     This gonna be the few chances left to take responsibility and be leaders before the EB election next year, so I hope you guys can cherish this opportunity to demonstrate your organizing ability as well as professional attitude.

      With time limitation, we  EBs hope to finish these two training courses as soon as possible, at least before June. Since HR manager Kelvin Tam and Traing director Hao HAO are busy dealing with ACCA, I will mentor the training as a whole this time temporarily.

      However, we still need to apply what we have learned into practice so that to gain on-hand personal experience. In order to make sure the training runs smoothly, I have launched the training plan and work distribution as you can see in the attachment.

       Members who want to be the potential EBs, as well as someone who just simply eager to demonstrate his ability are all welcomed to apply. Hardwork or wisdom form members of senior grade are also appreciated.

        If you guys have any question about the clearness of the activity or want to apply the positions, plz feel free to contact me. And President Yang and me will pick the organizing committee among the candidates by three criterias: understanding of HR and Training, creativity and team-spirit.
